A song I wrote and recorded, juxtaposed with some pictures of the Who. The mp3 is now up for download here: http://www.mediafire.com/?y2wttqtjy0n. Enjoy!

Lyrics:
Pete's got a problem; he's rotting in my brain
Keith is just indifferent, yet he notices all the same
I don't know what's up with John, but he's just on my plate
Right next to Mr. Daltrey who is getting quite irate

So now I slice up Pete with my brand-new kitchen knife
And I splatter on some ketchup with absolutely no strife
And I throw John in a blender with some cookie crumbs to boot
He makes a lovely sauce, you know, oh, isn't this a hoot!

I ate the Who; yes, it's true
Mock me if you want to, but you'll never make me blue
I cooked them up and ate them with my spices, pots, and pans
Why did I do it? Because I can!

I feel really bad about eating Keith Moon
And so I tell the others, and yet it's all too soon
That Pete's gone past my esophagus
With some lovely Entwistle sauce, stay with us

And now I'm going to dine on Daltrey à la mode
But before I eat him in my humble abode
I tell him the truth--I sat through Tommy 'cause of him
And then I eat him straight away and I'm not the least bit grim

I ate the Who; yes, it's true
Mock me if you want to, but you'll never make me blue
I cooked them up and ate them with my spices, pots, and pans
Why did I do it? Because I can!
