The first exercise in this video is one of the most challenging exercises I've ever attempted. It's the push up, dip and kettlebell press combo. Just try doing 5 in a row. I guarantee you'll feel this every where. The purpose of this exercise is to accelerate metabolism, burn body fat and improve conditioning. It also builds endurance strength. The next exercise doesn't look like much however just try doing it for 20 seconds immediately after the kettlebell combos. You'll be fried after just one set. To add this to your workout you can do this superset 4 consecutive times. Do not attempt this workout unless you've received clearance from your doctor. This is not for beginners.
