In winter 2014 Agri Aware traveled with Beef farmer Angus Woods, to Slaney Foods in Co. Wexford, to find out what happens to his cattle once they leave his farm. At Slaney Foods, Managing Director Rory Fanning explained what exactly happens at the factory and the different cuts of meat. He told us about the importance of the reformed Common Agricultural Policy to food producers and farmers.
