Regarding my hair: I don't color my hair. My hair has always been this dusty brown color.
My hair is mid back length. I'm a few inches from waist length. I've been natural for 7.5 years.
I drink lots of water, eat fairly well and I work out. I think that plays a roll in my hair growth. Also, genetics.

There is a FAQ video regarding the curly method. I'm sure your question was answered in the video OR in the description area. One question that I get a lot is "Why do you do the curly girl method?" As stated, my hair has benefited from it. I retain a lot of hair.
