The widescreen edition of the wildly popular cult classic The Rocky Horror Picture Show, released in 1998 in a special black clamshell case. It was released simultaneously with a pan-and-scan release in a cardboard slipcover. The widescreen tape was difficult to find and was more expensive than the P&S release (cost $25 for widescreen and $15 for P&S) so as a result it sold poorly and didn't last long on the general market, so it's a real rarity to come across. I found it in the local Salvation Army for a buck.
