Mr. Paul DeGregorio served as commissioner of the United States Election Assistance Commission (EAC) from 2003-2007, and during his tenure at the EAC served as chairman.

"So bottom line what technology can do, it can prevent fraud, it can improve trust in elections, and make it easier for voters. so whether it’s a relatively modern wealthy country like Korea, or it’s a poor one in Haiti, the introduction of technology has actually advanced the cause of democracy and improved the trust in the process by the voters themselves."
