Instructions:

1. Unzip the .rar file
2. Drag the folder 'Ride of the Empire' into your Minecraft saves folder
3. In-game make sure difficulty is set to peaceful to stop unwanted mobs roaming the tracks.

Works on 1.6.4 (not tested on other verisons yet)
