An Ebola outbreak in the remote north of the Democratic Republic of the Congo has been declared over in record time. Teams from the Ministry of Health, the World Health Organization and other Partners were sent to the affected area as soon as first cases of the virus were detected and worked with affected communities to bring the outbreak under control.
