This is because Sony are currently trying to sue Geohut ( A well known PS3 and Ipod/Iphone Jailbreak maker). But no one said this was going to be smoothly. As you see in the video this is just the beginning.
Anonymous are a unknown group of people who are able to take down site and even servers. They have taken down well-known site. For example Paypal was taken down by Anonymous. If you experience technical problem when trying to log into PSN or use the PSN Store or try to go on there website and it doesn't work or it is extremely slow then you will know why.
They have already does this a few days ago, where there was technical issues when trying to use PSN and the website was extremely slow.
Expect them Sony.
I am not 100% sure this is legitimate but i have recievied a article that state that Anonymous are going to be target Sony employers and there families.

They are not going to stop until the following requirement are met ::
Sony must allow for end user modification of the PS3 ,as was available prior to the 3.21 update. (Stuff like Linux, that was remove after the 3.21 update.
Sony must end any attempt to bring legal action to those wishing to alter a product of they own.
Sony must not pursue legal action against the collected IP address. (This is everybody IP Address who have gone on Geohut site or watched is video)

Wednesday 6 April : The Playstation website current under "maintenance" and when trying to log into PSN i am greet with any error so that PSN under maintenance aswell. Sony are trying to keep there website running but well they are losing. PlayStation.ca is still up and running so the is no a maintenance like Sony say it is.
Shocking News::
70+ Millions PSN account have been hacked... If you did have your credit card details on your account your detail may have been stolen beware of suspicious emails. Sony release this information 1 week after they turn of PSN...know that the account had been hacked.
