I've always really enjoyed arranging Danny Baranowsky's work. I felt it would be fun to pick up his newest game, The Binding of Issac, and give it a go. This is one of the most epic boss battle songs I've ever heard and I really enjoyed playing it.
That being said, I don't think I remember playing a riff as hard as the chorus riff, like ever in my life. It almost sounds like there are four notes in that crazy sweep section because it's so damn fast. As far as mixing, I think I'm kind of in a really weird experimental stage. I'm still playing around with some techniques, so let me know what you think!
