Overtraining is perhaps one of the biggest problems with young, excited, and inexperienced athletes. One of the recent questions we received on our channel wall was - "What does it feel like to overtrain?"
In the video we will talk about the difference between over training and overreaching. How to recognize over training of the muscular system, and the CNS, as well as how NOT to confuse it with poor nutrition.
This is an important topic, and whilst we often mention it many people still don't quite understand.
