Skyrim - RLO with ENBOOST bugs out on me.

I tried using only RLO and ENBOOST to rule out any other mods beeing the problem. This is what i got, the game is unplayable with ENBOOST AND RLO when it acts this way. For some weird reason if i turned the "EnableFPSLimit" to false to true, example:

EnableFPSLimit=true
FPSLimit=60.0

Also tried different versions to see if it made a difference = nope

The graphics became choppy, but the dark/light adaption did'nt go haywire..what is this?
