Dance is a beautiful form of expression, but can be physically taxing and strenuous on the human body, particularly for children and adolescents. A new study from Nationwide Children's Hospital shows that dance-related injuries are on the rise in children and teens. Watch Kristin Roberts, researcher in the Center for Injury Research and Policy, and Eric Leighton, ATC, an athletic trainer in Sports Medicine, explain what kind of injuries are common and ways to prevent these injuries.
