On Wednesday, September 2, 2015, Slow Food USA Executive Director Richard McCarthy discussed the future of food with two visionary chefs and Slow Food members — Alice Waters and Dan Barber. Topics discussed included food costs, biodiversity, cover crops as new menu stars, climate change, and the 2016 centennial anniversary of the National Parks Service. Alice and Dan also fielded questions tweeted in from across the vast Slow Food Nation.
