The Waddington Medal is awarded every year by the British Society for Developmental Biology (BSDB) to an 'outstanding individual who has made major contributions to any aspect of developmental biology in the UK'. At the BSDB 2014 Spring meeting this accolade was awarded to Phil Ingham (Imperial College, London - Nanyang Technological University Lee Kong Chian School of Medicine in Singapore) by the Chair of the BSDB, Prof. Elizabeth Robertson.
