http://www.benbruno.com/. Adding mid-rep pauses drastically increases the difficulty of the exercise and really fries the hamstrings. Pausing on the concentric is MUCH harder than pausing on the eccentric, so bear that in mind. You may want to start by adding a brief pause on the eccentric and progress to being able to pause on the concentric. These are brutal!
