The NHS & Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) by Prodigy Learning

A few years ago, NHS, the largest employer in Europe, started a Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) certification program. The numbers were limited, although the feedback was that it increased productivity. NHS sat down with Prodigy Learning and partner Certiport to create an all-you-can-eat offering to raise standards and productivity. A completed survey of over 2,000 learners shows: 90% of staff indicates increased productivity as a result of undertaking the MOS certification; 97% says it helps with day-to-day tasks; and, 99% recommends MOS training to their colleagues.
