This analogy uses an audience member and a bottle of water to reflect how we often hold on to our stress without putting it down which could cause us health problems, sleeping and relational issues, and a lack of overall peace and contentment. Stress is normal and inevitable but when we do not put it down and walk away from it, it is then that we are setting ourselves up for negative consequences.
