After a flying start, which saw their first release 'So Much More' pick up the 'Tune Of The Day' accolade from Just A Wee Music Blog and praise from a slew of legendary house figures including Graeme Park, Mousse T and Cevin Fisher, CJ Mackintosh, Richard Earnshaw and Robert Owens, Good Voodoo Society follow up with the second outing on their new label. 'Unified' is another powerful vocal track produced by Good Voodoo main man Domineeky and backed by house remixes from Giom, Off The Cuff, DJ Liam Dunning and Born 2 Groove, alongside electro remakes from Red Star Arcade and Dave Spendley.

Domineeky has an illustrious music career which has seen him regularly creating new dance music that blends organic African and Latin rhythms and instrumentation with electronic music in places as diverse as Freetown, Sao Paulo, Havana, New York, Buenos Aires and Sydney. His music and productions have been heard on Universal Records, Big Dada/Ninja Tune, Sky TV, BBC Radio and Channel 4.

Giom headlines the remixes -- best known for his releases on labels such as Lost My Dog, Lo:Rise and Om Records along with regular sets at Fabric and Egg, the London-based Frenchman is one of the leading names in deep house music, always adding a funky twist to his productions.

The other remixes feature the finest talent that the North East -- the home of Good Voodoo Music -- has to offer, delivering a highly experienced cast including Off The Cuff (Lost My Dog, Soulfuric, Defected In The House), DJ Liam Dunning, Born 2 Groove, Red Star Arcade and Dave Spendley.

Good Voodoo Music comes from a diverse collective with an emphasis on proper musicianship. The label has a passion for all things deep and soulful, but draws from influences way beyond the dance music sphere blending different global flavours.
