Ben Saunders explains how to navigate in a whiteout - a skill that will be critical for his Scott Expedition in Antarctica later this year.
In October 2013 Ben Saunders is departing on arguably the most ambitious polar journey in history - an 1800 mile unsupported return journey from the coast of Antarctica to the South Pole retracing Captain Scott's footsteps.
It will be the longest unsupported polar journey in history and first time Scott's route is completed.
