Ophelia: RNLI crew rescues three people after yacht gets into difficulty

These RNLI volunteers battled Ophelia to rescue three men from a yacht caught in the storm off Rosslare Harbour.

The crew of the yacht had been trying to get to safety as the storm took hold, but were unable to get their boat into nearby harbours due to strong tides and high winds. The RNLI lifeboat managed to reach the yacht ten miles offshore, connected a tow, and carefully brought the boat ashore.
