Be creative in your self help. The fact is that you can help yourself to a far greater extent than you may think, But, a part of this productive capacity is limited by the way we all limit ourselves by our low expectations and our even lower ambitions for personal change. I suggest that the world is more interesting and varied than we may assume and our own inner potential is also wider and more powerful than we may even imagine.
