I'm playing w this iPad and VERY VERY basic application of ART Method AR Points in basic cardiodance. Just testing and tossed this up ....try it out :)
This is a simple tiny combo drill whose object is maintenance of the AR points.
- Your march pushes down into the floor - Your tap side keeps the weight on the leg that isnt tapping - Your legs, feet, knees & ankles should all SNAP back to center and TOUCH when the come center - Your lunge side/side should keep all your joints parallel front, and your weight in the supporting leg.
NOTE: If you feel your knees: - your butt isnt low enough - shoulders are hunched forward - ribcage not closed - navel not pulled back enough.
Your supporting leg pushes into the floor, the navel pulls up and the shoulders press back simultaneously to bring the upperbody up in order to maintain your speed and complete the movement correctly.
NOTE: The lunge/tap side is done TWO ways: - hand on the thigh halfway down as a level 1 - hand to the floor as low as possible as a level 2
