John Stossel and the Case for Free Market Health Care (Part 4 of 5)

Regardless of whether you find John Stossel inquisitive and intelligent or just outright annoying, he does an excellent job at providing blatant examples of the failures of socialized medicine and why we should create a free market instead of yielding to (more) government control. The entire reason why healthcare and health insurance is more expensive than it should be is because of ill-conceived government intervention, such as government allowed health insurance oligopolies in each state. Such oligopolies result in barriers to trade, lack of competition, and ultimately much higher prices for the consumer and/or the consumers insurance company. http://www.ncpa.org/healthcare/inters...
