I cook chicken breasts at least once a week. What keeps them interesting is that there are literally thousands of chicken breast recipes. For this one, I show you how to quick plan sear off the chicken, and then make a quick an easy sauce with morel mushrooms - which are perhaps my all time favorite.
The chicken is moist and tender, with a flavorful seared crust on the outside. And the sauce provides a nice creamy texture, and earthy flavor from the morels.
