MUGEN: quick 1 bar bnb with kazuya akatsuki beta

The damage percentage was up on my MUGEN but its still pretty weak for a level 1. This is more cool than practical I'd say, does your average bnb damage. You can switch the order of the crouching and standing As, which explains my little gaffe in the notation there.
