When Joe Prusak, 63, of Northampton, Pa., suffered a sudden cardiac arrest on the Nor-Bath Trail in April, another Northampton man on the trail, Jack Krantz, and then a woman who was driving by, Terry Pavlacka, started administering Hands-Only CPR (cardiopulmonary resuscitation) until Northampton Regional EMS arrived to take him to Lehigh Valley Hospital-Muhlenberg. Hear Prusak, Krantz and Pavlacka, as well as Lehigh Valley Health Network heart experts, talk about his story and how Hands-Only CPR saves lives.
