This is the story of Dr. June Irwin. She is an unconventional dermatologist who has been fighting against the use of pesticides in her community and in Canada since the mid 1980's. Dr. Irwin, who lives on a 32-hectar farm and tends to her 25 sheep, hens and geese, is single-handedly responsible for the movement against pesticide use in our country. Her story is important as it is socially and environmentally current and is an inspiring story on fighting for sustainable existence in our lives.
