How do you build chest size?

How do you get separation from your lower pec to ab's complex?

Yo guys! JC here answering some common questions I get from a lot of guys. To get size in your chest, you need hit it hard every set of every chest workout and always end with a finisher. The chest region is a big muscle group and needs a lot of stimulus for change to happen.

The problem I see a lot of guys make: Do the same flat, incline, decline for 12,10,8,6 every monday and chat with their buddy as they steer at a chick in yoga pants....you will never get ripped up in that routine!

You need to attack your chest hard with 110% complete focus and intensity. Performing the same routine week to week is not only boring mentally, your body gets physically boring. In the Ripped Man workouts, every set of every workout causes some sort of muscle confusion. Muscle confusion is a term for constantly shocking your body in different ways.....the same flat, decline, incline just doesn't cut it.

The Lower Chest Separation Finisher: Right after your heavy set of chest (incline, decline, flat - whichever) do as many decline push-ups as possible. With the decline push-ups, lower yourself down slow and press up quickly. When you lower yourself down slowly, you use more muscle and by pressing up quickly, you recruit muscle quickly....a deadly combination!

Perform as many as you can with this tempo and once you fatigue, just crank as many as you can quickly. Once you fatigue there, drop on the floor and complete as many regular push-ups as possible....

Decline chest exercises or where your chest is lower then your legs, work the lower part of your chest...where as flat chest exercises work the general chest area and incline work the top part of your chest.

Your chest will have no other choice then to grow.

But this is just one trick..you can't do the same thing over & over and expect results. Make sure to go to http://joecarabase.com to sign up for my bad ass email newsletter...you'll get a ton of killer content to help you drop body fat, build muscle and get ripped up.
