A recorded call by a customer asking his insurance company (State Farm) to have new parts put on his vehicle instead of used, recycled, junkyard or aftermarket parts. He spent 43 minutes on the phone and talked to 3 different reps and in the end he wasn't helped and nothing was done. These reps didn't know what they were talking about and had no customer service skills. This whole recording is a joke. Listen to their lies and the way they treat this customer.
