This is my tribute to the greatest lead singer and frontman of the British Invasion and in rock 'n' roll history - Allan Clarke, lead singer of the Hollies from 1962-2000.

He turns 66 on Saturday, April 5th, and this is my way of saying, thank you, Allan, for all your years fronting the Hollies and for creating so much great music and giving us so many wonderful memories. We love you, always and forever. You haven't been forgotten, nor will you ever be. Happy Birthday, and may all your wishes come true!

The song in the background is "He's My Guy," by Irma Thomas, released in 1963, charting at #63 on the U.S. pop charts. A special thanks to VeeFan1963 for giving me this song to use!

Way to go, Allan! You're our guy!

Here are the lyrics:

He's my guy,
I don't care what they say about him.
He's my guy,
I don't know what I'd do without him.
As long as he needs me,
Right by his side, I'll be.
'Cause he's my guy.

I pray, that we'll always be together.
I pray, that's he'll love me forever.

No one else, could ever kiss me, the way he does at night,
And no one else can ever hold me, the way he holds me tight.
And as long as he wants me, righ by his side, I'll be,
'Cause he's my guy.

I don't care what they say, he's my guy ... People will see ...
