Stranger Girl Horror Story

A few years ago, I was waiting for the bus in Athens and I met a girl.
I will forever remember that bizarre encounter.

Even though this may not be a 'horror story' I decided to put it in the horror story series since it was quite scary to see a person in that state and not knowing what to do.
Also, since I didn't know if that person was dangerous or not, I had to be careful regardless of trying to help her.

ps. Forgot to mention that she also said a few things about her mother, how much she loved her and wished she have listened to her etc. This happened around 2008 so I don't remember her exact words.
