Apple is known for crafting high-quality products. They are also known for being particularly deaf when it comes to listening to their consumers. A thread started on Apple Support dated February 1, 2013, has now amassed more than 1.4 million views and more than 8,000 replies. It addresses the failed discrete graphics cards of early 2011 MacBook Pro, but so far, Apple hasn’t released a statement about it.
We took hints from their previous ads, and created a more accurate version, at least for the early 2011 MacBook Pro. Share it to spread awareness about Apple’s outrageous treatment of its devoted consumer base.
