Many kids with hemophilia don’t participate in physical activity for fear of bleeds. Don’t let your bleeding disorder control your life. It takes determination to be your very best every day and choose not to be defined by your bleeding disorder. Watch people with hemophilia and caregivers share the motivation and inspiration that keeps them swimming, running, achieving and believing. While physical activity is a key component to overall health, it is important that you talk to your doctor before starting any new activities.
