During a contentious interview with Trump campaign manager Kellyanne Conway, CNN’s Anderson Cooper momentarily stunned the veteran Republican operative into silence when he threw a talking point right back into her face.

Conway brought up former President Bill Clinton settling a civil lawsuit with Paula Jones in the ’90s, stating that the settlement was proof that Clinton had sexually harassed Jones.

However, considering Donald Trump’s lengthy history of litigation and settlements —like for racial discrimination — the CNN host wondered where the Trump team has a leg to stand on when it comes to using settled lawsuits as an attack strategy.
