Another fantastic night of basketball ends with three of the top four seeds advancing to the final four to be held next week in St. Louis Park and Target Center. Joining Rip City, Rise and Fire and the Bulls will be the Rockets who managed a four point victory over the Smooth Operators.

#1 Rip City 73, #9 Average Joe's 65
Not as close as the final score would indicate as Rip City controlled most of the game. Rip City can no longer just rely on the Olafeso twins if they hope to bring home the championship. They have scored 120 of Rip City's 155 total points and will certainly be put on lock down by the Bulls next week.

#3 Rise and Fire 88, #6 Gophers 72
I can't remember the last time I had this much fun watching a team play basketball. Rise and Fire can just flat out move the ball. Can't wait to watch them again next week take on the Rockets. The Gophers are a great team but were horribly outmatched late in the second half.

#4 Bulls 87, #5 Abe Froman 79
The defending champs will watch the remainder of the tournament from the sidelines. Wiley Jiles made his presence felt scoring 26 points. He was not with the team on Monday and was sorely missed. Will Mahlon Thomas play next week after receiving a hard cast on his broken right hand this Friday?

#7 Rockets 59, #2 Smooth Operators 55
Upset of the night as the Rockets advance passed the second seeded Smooth Operators. Paris Kyles led all scores with 22 points while Neal Anderson proves he is not a robot, going 0-1 from behind the arc.
