Sticky rice can be prepair without soaking by using a rice cooker. Using 1 to 1 ratio, one cup of sweet rice or sticky rice to one cup of water. If you like to add sugar or salt please do so after its fully cook, do not add any seasoning before hand. Do so the sticky rice will harden and not able to cook fully. Adding scent is ok, such as pandan leave extract, vanilla or cinnamon.
