Law enforcement and community stakeholders in May 2017 signed a historic agreement to expand the use of juvenile civil citations. Two years later, the results have been extremely positive for the community.
The State Attorney's Office hosted a panel discussion on 5-9-19 to discuss the success, challenges, real-life impact, and future of the smart justice initiative.
