If you like being called Papi, you have issues sir. xD But you're still cool so it's all good.
No reason really, other than its fun to make you guess!

This may be a stupid question but why cant we know your hight???
haha yeah i totally get it, im the same way, i keep cardio till the end, but i still do the 10 minute thing i was talking about so my body goes into afterburn and thats when the body really starts to use the fat as energy source.
Damn mine is long too! But yeah, by the time I even get to cardio, the only thing I care about at that point is my cardiovascular system, as my muscles are all already toast, so that's usually why I just opt for something like elliptical. And I may have been a personal trainer at one point, but that doesn't mean I don't go ape shit on freaking junkfood way too often hahaha.
Ah yeah man thanks, I feel you. As far as cardio goes, its always at the end of my regular workout.. so like, I'll be doing tons of stuff in the weight room, and by the time I start cardio I've already shredded my muscles to exhaustion, so I don't really need more 'normal workout' persay... although I do realize I need to throw in some more natural stuff, like push ups, sit ups, pull ups, and stuff like that throughout the week in addition.
Sorry to make it long but i think its better to explain it clearly. So basically pick like 5 of these and do the 10 sets. Stuff like this will really boost your functional strength and shed pounds. Obviously having a good diet is essential but I'm sure you know that because you were a personal trainer. Let me know if anything is unclear, also if you want just send me a message in my inbox if you want my workout routine etc. P.s. This is all just from personal experience.
Yeah, I mean, instead of running on the treadmill for lets say 30 minutes, and then elliptical for another 30 minutes do this: 20 seconds each of 5 of these and do 10 sets with a break of 1.5 minutes between each set( so that would be working out for 47 minutes approx. and getting a much more effective workout): run in place with weight, high knees, burpees, reverse crunches, bodyweight squats, dynamic pushups, prone cobras, mountain climbers, bicycle crunches, step ups, dynamic planks, side to side jumps
Okay man that sounds intriguing. When you say functional, do you mean 'everyday' type things, like throwing a weight ball, pulling a rope with a weight on the end, running, or what?
