Omaha Mayor Jim Suttle discusses the City's current finances--the work that's been done to get the City solvent. Also, he talks about his trip this week to Washington, D.C. where he will meet with the U.S. Conference of Mayors' Water Council. The mayor, with this group, will meet with officials from the Environmental Protection Agency to work out the Combined Sewer Overflow which is an unfunded Federal mandate.
