Set Up
- Start at the top of the push up with your hands together forming a diamond shape

Execution
- Lower your body down until your chest and thighs touch the ground.
- Push your body up, with your shoulders and hips rising at the same rate until your arms are locked out
- Lower your body back down and repeat to cycle repetitons
