CLiDE is an established optical chemical structure recognition (OCSR) tool that is aimed at detecting chemical structure diagrams in documents and converting these diagrams into computer-readable connection tables. In this presentation, recent enhancements will be highlighted and how these have improved CLiDE's accuracy in correctly interpreting chemical structure diagrams. Collaboration with ChemAxon will be also discussed.
