Living Culture joins chef Marc Nassar on a visit to Good Earth Farm on the outskirts of Salem, Oregon. Marc talks with Linda Ellis about raising her dairy cow, Ruby, on 6 acres of lush pasture land. Linda gives Marc a quart jar of raw milk, to be served with Marc's homemade "swirl" cookies.
