http://Reflections-of-Mamie.com ► Abused as a child, we often invite abuse into our lives, in one form or another, long after we leave our abusers. The cycle of abuse will continue, unless we learn to make life choices that will halt abuse in its tracks.
Through decades of struggling with the after effects of traumatic childhood abuse, I've learned to prevail over my tragic past. Because I have done so, I can help you do it, too.
My name is Rosemary "Mamie" Adkins and it has taken me 15 years to write my story so others could benefit from my experience. I'm now sharing my story, the story of my traumas, my comforts, and my joys. And, most importantly, I share how abuse followed me, even after leaving my abusive family behind.
Abuse followed me, and it will follow you, unless and until you do what I did - I learned "The Lesson" abuse victims must learn to shrug off the coat of abuse we carry with us.
And now, I'm sharing my secret with you, in my book, "Reflections of Mamie".
