Wine Wednesday is still going strong at Four Seasons New York's restaurant, The Garden, and lounges. This week, sommeliers Lacey Rozinsky and Nicolas Rouet discuss French white wine pairings.
The choice of today's episode is a 2009 Muscat "Reserve" Domaine Weinbach. Grown in the Alsace, France region, this Domaine Weinbach features a light and dry body characteristic of the versatile Muscat grape. This year's Muscat is given the "Reserve" title because it has been aged for a longer period of time. Because this is such a fantastic dry, French white wine, sommelier Nicolas Rouet recommends wine pairing this Domaine Weinbach with Asian cuisine, seafood, and any appetizer.
2009 was a great year for French white wines, and we hope you stop by Four Seasons New York to enjoy Wine Wednesdays with Lacey Rozinsky and Nicolas Rouet.
