Eight Steps to Retrofit an R-22 System with Freon™ MO99

1. Review Retrofit Guidelines
2. Check Baseline performance of the system
3. Recover the R-22, which can be used for other approved systems, per EPA guidelines
4. Replace the filter drier
5. Replace critical seals
6. Evacuate system and check for leaks
7. Charge refrigerant, restart & monitor performance
8. Label the system with an Freon™ MO99 retrofit label (attached to the 25-lb box of the disposable cylinder)
