Fifteen felony and three misdemeanor charges have been filed against top aides and associates of Scott Walker. Two have already plead guilty. Another had her home raided by the FBI. Investigators believe Walker's staffers installed a secret computer network inside his government office building so they could conduct campaign activities while working for the taxpayers. Walker wants us to believe he had no knowledge of these activities. How could he not have known what has going on in the offices of people he personally hired and worked only feet from his office?
