HUD Secretary Shaun Donovan and Congressman Steve Driehaus tour a new senior housing project in development in the Avondale neighborhood of Cincinnati. The Model Group is collaborating with the Local Initiatives Support Corporation (LISC), the Avondale Community Council, the Uptown Consortium, the City of Cincinnati, Key Bank, PNC Bank, the Ohio Capital Corporation, and the Ohio Housing Finance Agency - - all to begin work in transforming a blighted neighborhood.
