Learn how to isolate and GENTLY strengthen your deep core muscles to tighten and tone your abs after C-section. This video was originally created for a dear friend who had her first baby via C-section, but YOU can participate too!

The exercises shown are intended to be started no earlier than 2 weeks post C-section. They are very gentle, but remember, if any of these movements/exercises hurt, DON'T DO THEM!

Of course, you should always receive clearance from your medical provider before beginning this or ANY OTHER postpartum exercise program.
