Why shame on apple, this is what the democrats have allowed big corporations to do with DRM.  Focus on society, fuck the individual....
This is exactly why i use physical media rather than digital media. Digital media is may seem reliable but its not. Whenever i want a song i search it on youtube grab a headphones, plug them into my computer and record them over to cassette. Takes longer but you get the songs you want at least right? Also records are a good option because CD's can't be washed without any sort of damage can they?

Its more then any legal

why are you working on labour day? better get double time and a half for that!
I think apple are idiots, and that we should pirate just so apple loses money. Cause fuck those guys.
Pirate? Such a harsh term, I just download what already is there.

Apple's view on digital media is counterproductive to curbing piracy. For books, if I see a paperback on Amazon for around the same price as the electronic version, which I cannot give to friends or family, paperback is an easy choice. If Apple hopes to succeed long term in the digital media, they need to offer incentives over tangible alternatives. *I'm not anti-Apple (I own iPad, iMac & iPad), but I am against companies leveraging control over digital content at the expense of the consumer.

Couldn't you just give them the Ipod or the Itunes username and password
bet you $100000000000000 he doesn't
The Curly Swede!
Incorrect, it doesn't apply automatically to any and all digital information, though the terms usually include such rights. Also, Apple is so stupid getting into a fight with one of the most beloved actors in history. Not good publicity exactly...
